You can return any product within fourteen days of purchase for a refund of the item purchase price. (Items being returned must be unopened and unused)

In the event that your item has been damaged in the post, we offer a photo service to save time and cost on returning items. Please send photos of damages to [email protected] with details explaining the damage and your invoice number, we will do our upmost to resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns and refund on unwanted personalised items, where the customer has changed their mind.
